Hazelnut oil can be used both raw and cooked.
It is an excellent dressing for mixed vegetable or fruit salads.
Perfect for the preparation of sweets, cakes or biscuits as a substitute for butter or margarine, thanks to its ability to maintain its characteristics even at high temperatures.
It is also excellent as an accompaniment to ice cream or sweet crêpes.
