Description

It is made from the finest Italian saffron, ground and mixed with loose vegetable cocoa butter, which once poured into molds and tempered takes the form of an ingot.

This innovative solution makes it possible to use the spice by grating it finely, coarse or in thin curls, directly on the plates at the end of cooking, be they first, second or desserts: where until today it was difficult to use pure pistils and therefore impossible to combine the intense flavor of saffron.
