Massimiliano Alajmo

Massimiliano Alajmo comes from an old family of Venetian restaurateurs. After experiences with Alfredo Chiocchetti, Marc Veyrat and Michel Guérard, he returned to Italy in 1993 and runs the family restaurant, Le Calandre in Sarmeola di Rubano, with his brother Raffaele. In 2002 he earned his third Michelin star, becoming the youngest chef in history to receive it. On Vignaz you will find his sweet-and-sour onions, giardiniera, tomato fillets, Crema Favola and sbrisolone.
