When ripe, the small black olives of the prized Taggiasca quality are selected and preserved in brine, using the aromatic herbs of the Ligurian Riviera: thyme, sage, rosemary, oregano and laurel to flavor them.
Ideal to accompany fish and baked meats and to be tasted with aperitifs.
